By accessing or using Convertly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Convertly is an AI-powered content generation platform that creates photo slides, ad creatives, and social media content for businesses and individuals. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You will be charged on the same date each month from the date of your initial subscription.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations — access continues until the period ends.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.

5. Upgrade and Proration

  • When upgrading from one paid plan to another, your previous subscription is cancelled immediately.
  • A prorated refund is automatically issued for unused days on your previous plan.
  • Your new plan takes effect immediately upon successful payment.

6. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly generation limit. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Convertly a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convertly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
