Account information: Name and email address via Google OAuth.
Usage data: Number of generations used per billing cycle.
Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We never store card details.
Generated content: Images and text you generate are stored in AWS S3 for your access.
Product URLs: Shopify URLs you provide to fetch product data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Service.
To manage your subscription and billing.
To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
To send transactional emails (receipts, subscription updates) via Stripe.

3. Data Storage

Account and usage data is stored in AWS DynamoDB.
Generated images are stored in AWS S3.
All data is stored in the US (us-east-1 region).
Generated content is accessible only to you via your account.

4. Third-Party Services

Google OAuth: Used for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe: Used for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
AWS: Used for infrastructure, storage, and AI generation.
Stability AI / Anthropic: Used via AWS Bedrock for image and text generation. Inputs may be processed by these models.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images are stored for 30 days and may be deleted after that. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Access the data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Export your generated content at any time from My Creations.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
